This place was awesome! My husband and I sat at the bar and we were able to watch the sushi chefs prepare our meals. We were unsure of what to get and the waitress was super helpful and gave great recommendations. The sushi was phenomenal!!
Sushi alright sake was amazing. Love sushi was in Montana & had good reviews so checked it out got the hot blond roll & the tuxedo roll & some sake. I can’t remember what sake I got but came chilled & was so refreshing would love to remember what kind to get a bottle. Now the sushi got to say tuxedo roll was good not great but taste but the hot blond sucked no taste could not taste the spicy mayo I would recommend avoiding it. Dame I can’t stop thinking of that sake blew my mind.
I love this place but last night the service was far below par. I highly recommend not ordering the teriyaki chicken. Not a good meal and the waitress did not offer substitutions nor recommendations after the meal was returned. And then we were not even asked if we wanted dessert, which we did, before getting our bill. Highly disappointed with the experience this time.
This was the first time my husband and I have had sushi since we moved to Kali from the Seattle area. He ordered the Pad Thai and it was amazing – more flavorful than just a pile of noodles, egg, and scallions. It came with a slice of grilled flatbread that was delicious. I had the Eel Appeal and the Spyder roll. Both were good, but the Spyder had an especially great balance of flavors. Dessert was a yummy chocolate mousse. This place is spendy, but great for a special occasion. The staff was very busy but still attentive. I strongly recommend making reservations. We look forward to returning.
So delicious!! I wish I could come back but I’m from PA so it’ll be a while till I can. Service was great, the sushi was amazing. We got the dynamite, hot blonde, hot beach, black widow rolls. Every one of them were awesome! I would recommend this place to anyone.
After an hour wait both our orders were wrong we were so hungry after waiting so long we ate it anyways and the food was below mediocre, which is too bad because the rest if the restaurants in the area are so good.
My husband and I treat ourselves to sushi on special occasions like wedding anniversaries and birthdays. We went up there for an early lunch with two other close friends and after 45 minutes of siting down and eating for at least 20 of that; were asked to leave for the second seating. The waitress was rude and callous about it. We’re never going back and instead, found another sushi gem in Bigfork — Sake Tome. Extremely friendly staff with no rush whatsoever. Wasabi in Whitefish has Whitefish. That’s it.
