Shouldn’t even be open!. I went to the bellevue location this morning around 9:15 am. There were a selection of about 17 donuts total all on one tray. When i went in and asked the girl behind the desk if that was all they had left, she informed me that they had been busy earlier and what i see is what they have.Thesign clearly states that they are open untill noon. I left with nothing. I think the donut professor needs to get some employees that arent so lazy because you might just make some money for the last 3 hours that you are open if the help was doing their jobs and making donuts when needed. I will never go back because of this and i will never recommend the donut professor to anyone. maybe next time the girl behind the counter will stay off her phone and do her job!
NOT FRESH!. We visited Donut Professor for the first time and we were VERY disappointed. We got basic glazed donuts (who messes up glazed donuts!?!) and they were so dry the glaze was just crumbling off of them! These seemed like week old donuts. I can get better ones at gas stations!
Not good…I gave it 2 chances. The donuts are not fresh! They werecan’t cold, hard, and dry both times. There isn’t even a kitchen in the building! I’ll get my donuts from Baker’s or Uptown Bakery from now on.
Mom of two. We LOVE the Donut Professor. We get donuts from there at least once per week, sometimes more. Always great! Always fresh!!! Staff friendly. Place clean. Love it! Love it!!
Nini42. I have to disagree..I have been to this location and others. Donut Professor has always had fresh tastey donuts when I have been there. Especially the chocolate buttermilk donuts and glazed crescent donuts! YUM!!!
I had heard great things so was excited to try. Not worth the effort. Went to the bellevue location today about 8 am had a few, glazed, sugar raised, apple fridder none of which could have been cooked this morning. Also had a couple cream doughnuts which were ok but needed a lot more cream. I’m not impressed won’t go back anytime soon.
