Good service!! Great good! Loved the BBQ sauces. I got the pick 2 of the meats and the Mac and cheese. The Mac n cheese has jalapeos and I love spivey food but it is not that good. I got the rib ends and the pulled pork. All of it was really good.
Great Place for a Party. We booked our office’s Holiday Party in the large party room at Famous Dave’s. The room seats about 40. Service was excellent, and everyone loved the food. They have some decent beers on tap, including seasonal brews. Prices are reasonable. This is a great place to host a party.25 May, 2011Blackberry Ribs are Superb. We had lunch here on a Tuesday, when their famous garbage can platters are $10 off. The new blackberry ribs are absolutely stunning. Perhaps the best ribs I have ever had at a restaurant. Championship contest quality! The rest of the food is somewhat hit and miss. The cornbread muffins are not to be missed, however. Service was fast and friendly.02 Feb, 2010Consistently Good. I have probably eaten here 25 times, as it is close to work. The food is consistently good and the service consistently fast and friendly. You can get in and out at lunch time in 45 minutes.I am a lover of good BBQ, and while this is a Minnesota based chain, they have really good food. Tuesdays offer discounts on their garbage can lid feasts offer a great discount on a huge amount of food served family style.The catfish is wonderful, as is the chicken. The ribs are a bit more variable, but whenever I have been served overcooked ribs they replaced them with a smile. Sides are really good, especially the drunken apples and the cornbread muffins.Prices are generally moderate. BBQ isn’t inexpensive cuisine, so expect to spend about $10-15 at lunch and $15 or more for food at dinner.
