When I was a kid my parents took me here often. I’ve also eaten here many times as an adult. I can honestly say it’s the same as it was when i was young, great! I love John and his gyros they are the best!!!
This place is quite possible the best place to eat in NEBRASKA! Definately a hidden jewel. I have been eating here since it was actually still a mall and John’s is the only thing that hasn’t changed. Amazing burgers, salads, and they offer both lamb and chicken in the gyros and salads. The owner (John) has literally been here every single time I have visited which is why I think it stays so delicious and friendly. Prices are from like 1985, it’s rediculous how inexpensive it is for what you get! I took 6 people to lunch for $28. I couldn’t even do that at Taco Bell. This is definately the best burgers (sorry Stellas). Totally have to eat here you won’t be disappointed!!!!!!!!
Been coming here for 32 years since I was 8 and the prices are still LOW! For quality fresh food and wonderful service. To bad most people never venture out of their culture prison neighborhood like dundee or benson
Amazing. Love the food and the service! Always satisfied with their food and portions. Best gyros in the area!!! I wish they would buy the old Burger King building on fort crook so i wouldn’t have to go to the dead mall. Would be a great place to take the family.
Excellent service! Great prices! Good food. Odd location. I got a gyro and fries and while the gyro wasn’t anything too special, the sauce was better than any other I can remember. I don’t know where John gets his fries, but they taste great and natural. It wasn’t that great, but I liked it and would eat there again.
John’s is Great!!!. Tzatziki sauce is thick and delicous. I prefer John’s over Greek Islands any day!!
