Best vegan meal in Bellevue/Omaha hands down. I am so happy I did not find this place years ago or I would be here every day and over eat the delicious food and have to buy larger clothes!!! I walked in and asked if she had any vegan options available and she QUICKLY said yes, she has a tofu patty for the main course it would take 2 minutes to cook, is that ok? I was eating in so that was fast. She pointed out the wide variety of sides I had to choose from. I had a plate full by the time she was done AND THEN she gave me the tofu patties to push me over the edge.I love food but I guess I do not impress easily. I love full flavored meals like Indian food or spicy food, like 7 on a scale of 1-10. Her spicy food was spicy. Her sweet and sour potatoes were so good I could have eaten nothing but them for lunch and dinner. The owner kept checking back on us to make sure everything was perfect even though she was busy with other diners and take out orders. Food was fast, hot, plentiful, SUPER WONDERFUL tasty. Only a few tables for eating in so arrive early. Really, it has been a long time since I have wanted to go back to the same place the next day. And the vegan tofu patties were like a vegan Foo Young, I had to bring it home and have them for breakfast the next day. They were wonderful. Great vegan food here for sure!!!
