  A very good meal!. We got back from a trip to Lincoln Monday night and needed something wholesome so we made RT our first choice. Because it was a Monday, it was slow so no problem getting a table and the waitress, Nichole, greeted us quickly and courteously. I ordered the Chicken Fresco with a baked potato and the salad bar while my wife got the Chicken Bella with asparagus and the salad bar. We go to RT often because we really like the salad bar; it is fresher with more variety than almost any other restaurant in Omaha (including some very expensive steak houses out in west-O) and tonight was no different-good variety, properly chilled and very fresh. The chickens came out almost as soon as we were done with the salads and yes, RT really hit the mark. The Fresco comes with sauce and three tomato slices on top of a decent sized chicken breast that was hot, tender, juicy, and with real good flavor. Oh, and the potato was done perfectly. My wife’s Bella had generous portions of artichoke with a nice sauce and mushrooms but what really got our attention was the seasoned and blackened (?) asparagus. The asparagus was scarcely overcooked but the flavor and presentation was excellent. RT in Bellevue is very consistent and even on weekends when they get pretty busy, the staff is friendly and the food really good. We will keep going back!

  Steak and Lobster. Ruby tuesday is a chain restaurant that is nothing unique but just something good you can always go back to if you want (similar to places like applebees though this place is a notch above applebees, texas roadhouse etc). Like other chain restaurants like this there is a bar with televisions and just the regular appearance. we ordered the dumplings. These are dumplings similar to the ones you find at chinese restaurants. These were average but a nice appetizer. I found it odd as an appetizer at a place not asian. The waitress was nice, and quick. We did not wait for drinks or food at all. This I found nice at a restaurant such as this.We both ordered the ribeye. What is real nice about this place is with a few steaks you can add a lobster tail to your meal. The ribeye is not included in this , but we simply asked the waitress to add a lobster tail to each of our dinners. Just ask for a lobster tail with any steak you get. The ribeye was quite fatty. I found it to be more fatty than normal. The meat was tender and a bit flavorful. It was not the best steak in omaha or anything, but it was enjoyable and flavorful. I think its worth coming back here for an agreeable steak. The lobster tail was pretty good. Not as tender as I would have thought but agreeable with the steak. Overall, I liked the food considering this place is a chain restaurant and not the top restaurant in Omaha. I will most likely go back for the good value. Looking for a quick at least agreeable steak dinner, try this place.

  This is the place were we go when we can’t decide. Reliably good especially for a chain. Interesting menu choices, always done well, great salad bar. Prices reasonable and we usually have a cuopon.

  Been to other Ruby Tuesday’s and loved them. Been to this one 3 times and each time the food wasn’t good and the service was depressing at best.
