Accidently Vegan FriendlyQuiet restaurant with comfortable decor,perfect for quiet meals. Staff friendly and cheerful. Tofu proudly listed as an ingredient in a vegetabledish. I ordered from the lunch menu and asked if they would make thechicken in garlic sauce with tofu instead of chicken. They were happy to do so.Iwas disappointed that they charged me an extra dollar for doing this becauseit takes time to cut the tofu even though I was the only customer in therestaurant at noon on a Thursday. However, the vegetableswere cooked to perfection and the sauce was flavorful. Portions were SMALL butthere was lots of rice. Lots of oil floating in the sauce, however. Lunch withtax was $6.69. Fortune Cookie is the ONLY brand that happens to be vegan, sobonus.Food taste: 4 starsPortion size: 3 starsStaff: 5 stars
