I feel sorry for Lincoln, NE if 92% think this is good food. I am here for work and chose Ming’s based on internet reviews and am pretty upset/grossed out. If Lincoln thinks this is the best I will not be eating Chinese when I am here. Save your time and money and stick to what NE does best… steak!
Okay. The food was decent. I don’t dislike it and I don’t love it. The portions were big and the price was very cheap for the amount of food they give you.
Best Chinese in Lincoln. Although it was highly rated here, I expected to be disappointed with Ming’s House. American-Chinese food is really bad in town and this is just a hole in the wall. But I was pleasantly surprised. Everything except the fried rice looked authentic and not the cookie cutter frozen items you get at Great Wall. The pan-fried dumplings and boneless spareribs were amazing. I couldn’t stop eating the General Tso’s Chicken or the Pork Lo Mein. But I had to otherwise I would have been sick. You know the saying about Chinese food and being hungry an hour later? Not the case with Ming’s. I was full for hours. And I’m glad I ordered several things because I had enough for 3 meals which makes Ming’s a bargain too. Will definately go back. Would have taken pics but it was so good and I ate it too fast. 😉
Easily the best Mongolian pork in town. Unique and tasty crab Rangoon. Great portion size on dinner, enough for next days lunch. Had given up on Chinese in Lincoln, so happy to have found this place.
HORRIBLE. My favorite chinese place was closed, so I went to Ming’s house. What a mistake. The food there is seriously the worst chinese food I have ever had. .The crabrangoon tasted stale and disgusting. And the fried rice? It wasn’t any better,and all that was in the fried rice was onions. The fried rice was also stale and all you could taste or smell was the onions. The rice was literally all orange. I ordered the kung po chicken and I told who ever that’s in front that I don’t want any peanuts in it since I’m allergic to it. When I got my order there was peanuts in it. I asked them if they could make me a new one since I payed for my order, specificially told the person that’s in front I don’t want ANY peanuts in my order, and that I’m allergic to peanuts. When I got my new kung po chicken, I was disappointed. Although there weren’t any peanuts in it, it tasted super salty. Even though the food tasted disgusting, the service there was okay. But I wouldn’t recommend it.
Good Chinese!. Let’s face it, Lincoln has a lot of Chinese offerings. Ming’s is a step above the sub-par offerings like the Great Wall and others.
Mustache Man. The best fried chicken wings ever!!!! Crab Rangoon a great compliment to any of there meals. Very gracious people.
