  Pho happens to be one of my most favorite foods (as evidenced by prior reviews), and I finally got over to Noodle Soup to check it out. Ambiance:The dining room was clean and spacious. There were signs advertising banh mi (Vietnamese sandwiches), which were not on the menu. I found that to be rather confusing. The place was pretty much empty.Service:The service was adequate. Food: I had the pho rolls to start off with. They were tasty, but I couldn’t figure out why there was a crunchy thing in the fresh roll. In looking over the menu, there are no vegetarian options. There is a veggie soup, but made in a chicken broth. Not a good place to bring meatless friends.I ordered a small bowl of pho bo. When I asked for extra cilantro on the side, I was told they don’t have cilantro. My pho arrived…with a few pieces of cilantro in it. I asked for more again and was told they didn’t have any again. BUT cilantro was listed throughout the menu…so I feel very HURT AND LIED TO! Just kidding, but come on…throw some extra leaves this girl’s way. I forgot I was going to write this, so I spaced on tasting the broth before I added copious amounts of chili to it, so I can’t really speak to the richness of the broth. There were a lot of noodles in my bowl, and I got quite full off my small bowl. The broth did seem a bit oily, but the flavor was enjoyable. In conclusion…it was okay. I’ve had worse pho, and I’ve had better. Cilantro and Thai basil would go a long ways in elevating the status of this restaurant in my mind.

  LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!. I absolutely LOVE Noodle Soup!!! It is my favorite place to go for soup!!!! I have been there like 8 times in 2 weeks! It is amazing soup!!!If you have not tried it you should!!!!!

  Delicious pork noodle soup. I had the hieu tour pork noodle soup medium bowl which was fantastic. The service was great and the meal came quickly. They have a pretty small menu, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. The broth was great ,the sliced and ground pork we’re fantastic and quail eggs perfectly soft in the middle we’re also delicious. The serving size was quite large. I’m completely stuffed from a medium bowl. The price is only $10 I was very surprised at how much I got. Overall, a wonderful place to get a hot bowl of great soup I will be eating here again.
