The first thing? Cleanliness is next to goodness. By that I mean that in the restaurant business, cleanliness standards need to be high. It’s clear things have slipped alittle at this Chipotle location. Although food remains good, disorganization and a lack of cleanup staff is apparent. Apparently customers have noticed as the wait in line was not as long as expected. It’s not over yet, but immediate attention is necessary.
