The chicken fried steak is good. Very inexpensive. Service was fairly quick and pleasant to tourists. Dinner salad was ok. Italian salad dressing wasn’t homemade.
Best short order cooks anywhere. This is a quintessential representation of a diner. I usually get a hay stack, eggs over medium, perfect every time right down to being piping hot. I have been a cook so I know what takes, these cooks seem to improve on perfection and put the orders out even faster when it is busy. The choreography of that kitchen when it is busy, must be a wonder to behold.
