New owner :(. I am extremely sad. I heard that Vincent had sold the restaurant. It is the best Chinese restaurant in Lincoln and I had been going there since I was little. Now there is a new owner that was probably why II noticed the management and food quality of the restaurant has changed and not in a good way. I am extremely disappointed and sad that after almost 30 yrs of Vincent running the restaurant, it has now reach this low point under new management.

First of all, let me say that I am extremely picky about Chinese restaurants. Absolute cleanliness is a must. That being said, this restaurant was average. The food we ordered was ok, but average. My criticism is fairly minor, but would have significantly improved the dining experience for me; improve the appearance of the waiters and seating host. A simple but standard uniform, groomed hair, and some basics on how to wait tables would be a good improvement. Existing personnel are fine, just incorporate my suggestions. Oh, and either clean the fish tank at the entrance, or get rid of it!
