  Went once. Had the Lobster bisque. Too much thickener, too orange-colored, too salty, crawfish was rubbery and masked by the thickness of the chowder. It was like eating roux and I was pretty disappointed because bisque is one of my favorite foods. Maybe it was an off day, but I was not a fan, and probably won’t return to give it another try. My husband threw half of his away at like $8/bowl and urged me to quit trying to slog through my bowl after he saw me trying to thin it out with water and sift out the seafood. Soup-wise, I’d pick any soup at Freakbeat/Grateful Bread, any chowder at Greta’s Gourmet, a bisque at Dish, or the baked potato soup at Don and Millie’s. I love soup, but this seemed like even a rung below Panera.

  Very disappointed. For the third time my sandwich has been made incorrectly and today I wanted unsweetened ice tea, which happened to be out of the dispenser. When I told the girl behind the counter she said she would refill it, but then I waited several minutes before she looked at me again and said she forgot. So she went in the back supposedly to get it, but still I waited and it was never refilled. I won’t be returning!

  I went here about a month ago with my pal and we both really enjoyed it! Both got the soup salad/sandwich combo. I loved that they were happy to offer small samples of up to 5 soups, since they have so many to choose from. The staff was very nice and the place was clean. Definitely will return.
