My wife pushed us into Block 16 from a suggestion by her friends. Thank God! They are reasonably priced, quick to serve, and absolutely delicious. Their sign is barely visible from the street so be sure to map it. When you walk up to the counter to order you will notice a great selection of local brew along with a tight menu with items such as burgers, wraps, and a sloppy joe. The Sloppy Nic changed my life. I almost cried. Seriously. It was glorious. If you are downtown and want a quick bite to eat, Block 16 will be the greatest decision you can make. It may not be in the old market but it’s only a 5 minute walk.Alton Brown from the Food Network apparently said that the Garcon Burger is the best burger he’s ever had. Pretty impressive for a small Omaha joint!
