Review: Burger Theory3/16/2016I’m so shocked and appalled by this place it’s hard to write this. I made reservations in the morning for 7 people for 7:15p.We arrived and you could tell things were not going well! The manager abruptly told me wait time was 45 minutes and I told her I had reservation so she said she could seat us but we would get our food for 45 minutes. We understood and decided to dine there anyway. I want to state this clearly: Our waitress was working her buns off and it was not her fault! The manager was unapologetic through the whole evening. The server snuck us out free appetizers. We asked her what was going on but she could not tell us and had a look of fear on her fave as if she had been warned by the manager. When our burgers arrived about an hour later they were completely raw inside. I mean raw. The manager came over and said it was medium. I work in food service these were raw and two of my guests are immune suppressed. She did not even apologize.I warned them several all times that they were violating health codes. No apology from the manager.I asked our sweet waitress who must be commended for keeping a smile on her face for the check. We know she went to the manager and tried to get the check comped but they only took 50% off. I had to pay for raw food!Honey if you like your meat like you do your sushi this is the place for you! But make sure you keep your receipt so you can take legal action after you eat their raw burger meat! It’s a rarity that I write a negative review but the manager was not managing this properly. If she would have taken ownership and apologized instead of throwing the wait staff under the table I would have not written this!I mean Raw Burger Meat. Check out the pics!

Went for lunch, it was quick, clean, and friendly . The portobello burger was delicious along with the fries. 20+ beers on tap, TVs at booths and a great atmosphere. We will definitely visit again in the future.

Went there at 2pm on a Saturday, all the doors were locked…finally a waitress let me in having no clue that they forgot to unlock the front door that morning. There were 5 or 6 patrons inside, I’m guessing they entered from the attached holiday inn. Really nice place, really cool old Wooden decor. Ordered the burger for take away, it was very very good, as were the onion rings

Alchohol takes up 3/4 of the menu, which is fine if that’s what you’re looking for. Burger was very good, had no problems with service. Just in town for a couple of weeks, but I might be back again before I leave.

No Bang for your Buck Here. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and the server was nice. There, that’s all that I can say was positive about our experience. First, the menu had one page of food and three of various alcohol. This was a surprise to me, considering the name is BURGER theory. Second, I decided to get the hot dog because I had read reviews that the burger was flavorless. My boyfriend, however, got the Texas something or other burger. The food was ready pretty fast, but there was hardly anyone else there for food. Third, you have to pay for any sides, beside the complementary pickle, on top of your entree price. My hot dog was 8 dollars and my boyfriends burger was already 11 for a single patty. We decided to share one Parmesan fry between the two of us. Finally, the food wasn’t worth the price. The big boy wasn’t so big after all (see picture) and my bun was broken in half before I even picked it up so I had to eat it with a fork and knife. My boyfriends burger looked promising at first, but he quickly realized that the burger grease had pooled into the center of his bottom bun and created some sort of grey matter. Lastly, the Parmesan garlic fries didn’t even taste like cheese, or garlic. In the end our bill was $30.72 and I still tipped the waiter about 20% as he was nice and did offered to get a new bun (it wasn’t his fault the food sucked.) All in all I would rate about 2/5. We’ll probably never go again, as it was a total rip off based on what we paid for vs. what we got.28 May, 2015Big Dog. $8 without fries. But hey, at least the pickle was free.

House Burger and Fries. Great flavor to the burger…and fries done perfectly.17 Apr, 2015Really Liked It!. Tons of beer on tap…and unique ones in a bottle. I thought they were great…especially the Brickway Pils! We had burgers and fries and they were really good. We will be back!

Worst place ever. I would not waste your time or money here. place is awful. the food was bad, the beer was warm and they are always out of most beers. service is really bad… dont bother asking for a manager cause they will not come to your table. double check your receipt before paying… twice we have been charged for things we did not order and it was a nightmare to get them to take it off.
