So bad. Service at the bar was non existent at 3pm. Food was just as bad. Ordered crusted chicken salad. It came out burnt. Tried to get some bread which took 3 people and 25 minutes to accomplish. Never did get the soda I ordered. Not even sure the guy I ordered it from worked there. That’s it – no more Jams.
I have eaten here twice now. Both times the food was excellent and the service even better. We recently ate here on a quiet Sunday night. Our party ordered a wide variety off of the menu and it all came out exceptional. The fries wee hand cut, great beer selection, seafood was fresh and cooked to perfection, and our waiter anticipated our every need.
I wanted to love this location. Our food was okay, just okay. The parmesan chicken sandwhich that I had was actually really tasty, but the bun tasted a couple days old, it was flakey and dry. The fish tacos didn’t have enough meat and the beans were cold. My son’s chicken was overcooked. All these things need just a little attention to be amazing. BUT I did want to recognize our server Albert. He was friendly and very attentive. I would go back and give them another try because of him.
