This place has a really good vibe and atmosphere. I had no serious complaints about the food, but it lacked the luster I was expecting for the price tag. The service was great and the restaurant is very nice though! I will definitely give them another shot!

Thanksgiving Dinner. I didn’t find anything good about Liberty Tavern other than the service was good. My girlfriend and I went here for a Thanksgiving dinner and it was more like cafeteria food. I don’t ever write reviews, but this was so bad I couldn’t resist. All the meat was cold, from the prime rib to the turkey. The cocktail shrimp was rubbery and the carrot cake was stale like it had been sitting out all day. The $29 a plate was ridiculous for what they offered. I was extrememly disappointed and will never go back to this place again. Just because it’s inside a Hilton Hotel, doesn’t make it good. I had Cheescake Factory the night before and it was Outstanding!! Wish I would have went back there instead.
Above average food but should be for the price. Appreciated the knowledgeable wait staff. The greens were fresh, the spareribs were spot-on, however the meatloaf and polenta were a little dry. Nice wine selection.
