My favorite restaurant in Omaha! All fresh, local, organic food made fresh daily. The mission of pay what you can, and nourishing all people’s bodies and souls is humbling. A daily menu of pizza, soup and salad is served on a pay what you can basis. Others are asked to volunteer time to support the mission. This establishment offers apprenticeships to those looking for work, and helps set up employment opportunities in the service industry. A ministry of a hand up instead of a hand out. The food is some of the best I’ve had and made with high quality ingredients. A must visit, not only for the mission, but also the fantastic food!
