Clever restaurant name for its close proximity to the county courthouse. Great place to stop in for a quick bite & drink over lunch (or a break from jury duty) or even happy hour. Food is ok but nothing to rave about, and drinks are made strong enough. Seems to be fairly empty in its newness but that could change.
This new addition to the downtown dining scene is appropriately located next to city hall and the courthouse. The atmosphere is modern and pleasant, without being pretentious. The food menu was still being tweaked at the time of our visit, but featured mostly sandwiches, salads and appetizers, with a few other items added for good measure. The prices were about what you would expect. Food quality varied a bit, from mediocre (the flatbread Thai pizza) to very tasty (sandwiches and the Filipino spring rolls). The beer selection is somewhat limited by today’s standards, but there are still a half dozen or so offered on tap. Service was fine.
