Great pizza!. A consistent level of good service and great pizza.
Delivery is a disaster; try eating there.. Called in a delivery while staying downtown. Asked if I could get half & half on pizza, and the man taking my order said yes. He even repeated back to me what I ordered. Yet, when the delivery came, the 2 pizzas weren’t what we ordered. One pizza was NOT half & half, but all chicken. The other pizza was supposed to be half sausage link & half meatball (among other toppings). Instead it was half shrimp, and the other toppings we ordered weren’t there at all. Luckily, no one in our family has a shellfish allergy, but when paying $60 for 2 medium pizzas, I would at least like to get what I ordered exactly. Yes, the pizza was mostly good – the shrimp side had no flavor though. I would try them at the restaurant, but I would NEVER try delivery EVER again. That was very disappointing.
NOT worth the money. If you are going to eat this pizza, go to the restaurant I guess because the delivery is awful. We were .9 miles from the old market location and it took almost 2 hours. Had to call back 3 times to find out where our pizzas were and the customer service was less than helpful. Total of 60 bucks for two medium pizzas and they were COLD. Didnt even taste that great and were mostly crust. Sooo not worth it!
Good Pizza, not bad on Beer selection. It falls into the thought about pizza wider and flatter is better. I don’t think pizza really has enough room to shine in this capacity, but this pizza is still quite good.I always say that it is the bench mark of any respectable pizza place that they have Green Olives available. This isn’t a common item and many places will cut corners by removing them. So kudos to Zio’s for having them!I would definitely eat here and recommend it to others and, if you haven’t tried it before, throw a little green olive on your pizza! Also, for beer-lovers, I was not disappointed by their selection. You’re not ordering from Krug Park but you can get a nicer beer here.
Zio’s is just yummy pizza! The staff is usually a bunch of teenagers so service is a hit and miss but never horrible. I eat at the down town location about once a week!!
Disappointed. We ordered several pizzas from the Old Market Zio’s and we were very disappointed in the pizzas. They tasted stale, like they had been baked the day before. Attempted to speak with the manager about the poor quality of the pizza but, he was not available. We had heard good things about Zio’s but, we were very disappointed with the pizza and the customer service.
Love Zio’s but…. With a little guy to please, we love Zio’s! The food is good and you can’t beat the price. My only complaint is the service at this location can be spotty when the manager isn’t around. Last weekend we showed up at 3:30 on Sunday and after waiting for 20 minutes and watching several wait staffers hang around the register we finally had to go ask for a waiter. All said, it took almost 40 minutes from the time we hit the door to get our food. That said, it’s hard to beat Zio’s price and food in the Old Market.
