Excellent sushi. I tried Wasabi for a Monday evening dinner. The restaurant had a steady stream of customers, which speaks well for any restaurant on a Monday. The menu is very extensive. Bento boxes are offered at lunch, but not at dinner, which disappointed. However the sushi menu is very extensive, and many items are only about $5. Specialty sushi options are mostly over $10. I dined with a friend, and we shared a number of different rolls. We loved them all. The smoked salmon and avocado roll might have been my favorite, however. There are also quite a few appetizer and cooked menu items, if sushi isn’t your thing.Service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing. There is a very attractive sushi bar.I liked Wasabi a lot.

Meals Stir Fry Filet Mignon, Vegetable Stir Fry, Beef @ Brocolli, Garden Salad with Ginger Dressing. Ending with Black Cherry Cheesecake & Mochi Tri Ice Cream Steve is an excellent waiter!
Best Sushi in the Region. Consistently good sushi with a nice selection. Hot dishes and Americanized menu options available. The Angel Roll is *amazing*. Excellent service. Lovely atmosphere. We eat here almost every time we travel to Grand Island.
Love, love, love this place. Delicious Sushi. Right here in the middle of Nebraska.
