One of the coolest GI spots!. I love Bonzai, and it’s been one of my favorite spots for years. Creative menu, good beer selection, and awesome servers. Whenever I have visitors from out of town, I always bring them to one of Brent’s spots. I love that he brings clever and cool ideas to a city where chains are the norm. Try Sin City, too!29 Jan, 2015Bonzai is the best!. Whenever I have out-of-town guests I like to bring them to Bonzai. The decor is cool and fun, the service is great and the menu is diverse. I like the fact that Brent puts thought into his restaurants and takes pride in adding something cool to Grand Island. I recommend it (and Sin City) to people whenever I can!
Food is always excellent!. Wave Pizza is one of our favorite places to go in Grand Island. It’s unique and the food is always excellent. The atmosphere is fun…our whole family enjoys it!

GREAT PIZZA. We eat pizza from here at least 2 times a month. The service is always good and If you have never tried the pizza you will love it! Cool dine in setting. Amazingly good, real cheese not that processed stuff. Great pizza!!! 🙂
Love this place!. We have eaten here many times and never had bad food. The kids love the atmosphere! I am a picky eater and they have always substituted what I want without extra charge.
