Happy Birthday to Me!. It was my 57th birthday today and I wanted to start it out right with a great diner breakfast. So I tried Virginia’s for the first time and was pleased. Great service, clean, bustling and busy at 9:00 a.m. on a late November Saturday. I chose a classic two egg, link sausage, hash browns, and two cakes breakfast. Every item was nicely prepared and speedily served. I won’t wait until my next birthday to try Virginia’s again!
