I can eat here everyday!! The owner/chef is a wonderful person. Very warm and makes you feel like home. I like how he emphasizes to use your hands to eat, service is slow as he is one man army. However, i don’t mind waiting for the yummy dorowat. The injera is so soft and just loved the way the food is served on a mesob.Amazing ethiopian cuisine definitely worth trying and you will not regret!!
This place is aweseome.. Prior to eating here I had never had Ethiopian food. I went here on a date from the recommendation of a close friend who first went here on a whim. Hands down, the place is great. The restaurant is a small hole in the wall. It’s informal, but inviting to families. To someone from the midwest like myself, Ethiopian food tastes like a delicious mixture of Mexican and Indian food. My suggestion is to wash your hands prior to eating at this restaurant. Ethiopian food is eaten without utensils. The delicious injera bread takes the place of forks and spoons. My one experience with Ethiopian food comes from this restaurant and I find it to be incredibly flavorful and distinctly delicious. If you’re looking for something new and something different, definitely check this place out.
