The food was good, but for a place on a with only 5 other tables service sucked. We had to wait forever just for our drinks, We had our appetizer before they even got there. Plus when it came to getting refills, we asked for one when our food finally arrived. Received the refill when we received the check. Like I said food was good, service could really use some attention.
Tuesday Wing Special is a great deal. I went for the Tuesday wing special. I got 10 boneless wings. 5 would have been plenty. 5 huge boneless wings for $3.50 that is unheard of for a filling meal. Especially for the quality of the wings they are bigger then other wing places and I asked for them Xtra wet because I very seldom get enough sauce on my wings at other wing places. They came out with plenty of sauce and it was no extra charge. I was impressed usually I have to ask for an extra side of sauce to dip them in at other wing places.
What more could you want,. Always a good time when we go to our favorite Buffalo Wings and Rings. The service and servers are the best, servers always greet us as if we are old friends, they let us know the specials for the night. The food is always great, and the location could not be better.
Wings Awesome, service way below average,
The restaurant seats 250+ and we dined on a Friday at noon. Other than our group of 20 there were only 10 other diners in the place! Nearly empty on a Friday noon! Why?We found out. The food would struggle to reach an average rating. Salads lettuce was wilted, brown, and not cold. Wings were tough. The burgers were OK but not served attractively. The service was slow. We arrived at 11:45. Ordered appetizers. Waited 15 minutes to get them. Ordered our food at 12:30. First lunches arrived at our table at 12:50. Way too slow for a place that wasn’t busy!Our server Latheia did her best. She was moving fast – the delay was the kitchen – they served one chicken wrap three times before they got it right. Management needs to take a hard look at food quality, presentation, table turn speed, and training. Or this place will remain empty for a reason.
