Awesome coffee shop. First of all the Mill is huuuuge, bigger than most restaurants. There are four seating sections, each with it’s own atmosphere and regulars. They range from dungeon like to down-town front window like to an enormous patio, which is often likely to be packed with cigarette smoking hippy artists, cops, Bosnians, studious college students, and occasionally normal people…j/k. Also, the patio has a 10 foot section with a heated roof. The coffee is delicious, as are the baked goods and obscure speciality drinks, which change out regularly. The service can be slow on a busy day, since there are only so many espresso machines. Also, they sell Maggie’s Vegetarian Wraps there, which I highly recommend. They also offer a wide variety of bulk teas and coffees, and gifts and coffee/tea machines, for example, a few versions of the classic Italian stove-top espresso maker. One of my favourite coffee shops ever. During college, I spent many hours there studying, day-dreaming, people watching, and coffee drinking. p.s. the patio is so awesome, that I often sit outside and watch severe thunderstorms from it.

Fine expresso drinks & friendly baristas. http://www.millcoffee.com/A must when in the land of Lincoln? I always stop here when driving to or through Lincoln. The coffee’s always delicious, the baristas unpretentious and the baked good fresh w/ many healthy options. A great way to start or end your day. Grab a cup of coffee, paper and take a few minutes to relax and unwind before returning to the madness known as life. They also have a great selection of post cards, coffee/teas, brewing machines & other gifts.
