I never knew love before Pho Factory. Delicious tofu pho and our waitress Twee was spectacular and should be canonized as a saint. Not only did she show us the traditional way to create a pho bowl, but also helped create a blended dipping sauce that I would like to be hooked up to an IV drip for the rest of my life. The crab wonton and tofu spring rolls gave me life. I will be pre-booking my wedding and funeral to be held in this blessed place.
