Cold food and bad service!. This has become one of the worst BKs I have been to. The last three times the food has been awful and cold. I keep giving them chances because they are close to home but I think this was the last straw. All the burgers were cold, onion rings tasted freezer burnt and the shake was half blended. The fries I ordered were dumped over in the bag and the onion rings were mixed with fries. The three employees I could see looked like they had not showered for days. My brother used to manage this restaurant years ago. It has gone seriously downhill since!

Horrible BK. Drive through is ALWAYS slow. The service inside sucks even worse. They don’t know how to communicate with each other well when it comes to orders. It’s been going downhill for about 2 years already. They are either understaffed or poorly managed, or both. Also some of the food seemed undercooked. I don’t bother going for breakfast in the morning because I don’t want to wait about 15-25 min everytime for FRENCH TOAST STICKS. Just to have the rest of my food cold.
Worst Burger King in Omaha. I know better than to go here. Today’s debacle… Raw Chicken Sandwich. I thought for some reason the chicken was pre cooked & frozen. Imagine my surprise when I got home to a raw piece of chicken. This is not the first for this dive! This is the worst BK in town!
