I wish I could rate this a zero! Worst food ever-do NOT eat here! My hot & sour soup smells like manure, the appetizers were old, and the main dishes taste horrible and bland-also served with brown rice when asked for fried. I called to ask for a refund because I was displeased with the food and was refused even after offering to give them the food back. I have never been more disappointed in a restaurant, so please save your time, money and stomach and eat somewhere else!
I took a ride on a lazy day… When reached the place… I didn’t have a lot of expectations. Also not a lot of dining folks. I believe mostly it’s orders are drive through or home delivery. I was also a drive through.We ordered crab rangoons and one chicken fried rice with vegetables. The crab rangoons were really good and freshly made, we loved it. The rice was decent with enough chicken and vegetables. It did not have lot of oil or sauces, it is more on the bland side but we are not a big fan of the sauces so it is a perfect fit for my family. I would say the quantity was good enough… And for the rate they charge it is excellent.I would recommend a pickup and probably if you want to have some Chinese closer to the taste they probably cook in China…. Other places is more customized for increasing the taste.I liked it and I would recommend to go someday you like to have some good Chinese.
Lack of customer service. Food is decent for price but customer service is extremely lacking, especially if you try to call. Half the time no one even bothers to answer.
Once was great has now lost its luster. I love the food and hate the service. They have messed up my order and a delivery for a group of people to my work and billed us twice for food they forgot. They then insisted they would rather lose our business going forward then correct the order. Consider it lost China Bistro. You once were great and now you are inconsiderate and rude.
Second time going there and I liked it again! This time I ordered beef lo mein(wonderful!!!) and orange chicken with crab rangoons. Orange chicken was a little over fried but the sauce was delicious!!! The crab rangoons were a bit understaffed for me but still good flavor. The lo mein was just great !!!! No complaints at all with it.23 May, 2013Positive:Ordered the shrimp fried rice and it was a huge portion!!! Tasted very fresh, large shrimp and not oily at all. Next time I will ask for extra veggies but otherwise perfect! Can’t wait to try more items. The negative: I called to order delivery and the woman who answered the phone spoke minimal English and couldn’t understand me. So I drove there and went through the drive through.
Not from Omaha and was wanting some Chinese food for lunch. I got the kung pao chicken, hated it. Worst dish I have ever had. I also ordered Mongolian beef and that was just below average. In my opinion this is not a good choice.
Should be shut done. I came in and got chicken broccoli and chicken fried rice as well as an order of crab Rangoon. Drove all the way home to find out that both dishes were made with raw chicken. I took the food back in and they saw that it was raw chicken, NEVER once apologized or anything. I told them I wanted a refund, they voided my credit card charge and then proceeded to charge me $3.28 for the crab Rangoon. I have never had such poor customer service, I thought they were joking. I will never go back there again!
