We did carry out. For 2,people we received one rice, no fortune cookies, or soy sauce. The Almond Chicken was extremely dry and over cooked When we called to tell the manager our complaint I was told it was my fault and she did not care. We will never eat there again
Best Chinese food in town. And maybe the country. The closest I’ve come to what I consider a competitor was at Grace’s Mandarin in Washington D.C..
Didnt even make it to the meal. The music (top 40) was WAY too loud about the only good thing about the loud music was it drowned out the two receptionist complaining. LOVED house of hunan and this is a HORRIBLE TRADE UP!
Gustatory. I ate here in the summer, 2014. More confusion than fusion. Needs more focus. They need to improve their game in a competitive market. Nice place to take grandkids.
It is a different Hunan!. Clean crisp environment with open dining concept. Not an overly warm ambiance but rather clean, crisp environment with an open dining concept. Menu is different with only a few items leftover from the previous menu. The Crab Rangoon was original and the Hot and Sour soup was hot and spicy. Both my and my wife’s dish were presented with rich sauces that actually were too filling but the ingredients were quality. Service was attentive but prices were a little stiff for a lunch date. More in line with a dinner.
Delicious!!!. I was really sad when I saw several months ago that House of Hunan had closed…. it has always been one of my families favorites!!! I had seen the new name Hunan Fusion go up awhile ago… and have driven by multiple times since they reopened. Last night on my way home from work… I decided to stop by.. try it and order take out. SOOO happy I did!!! I couldn’t decide on just one choice… so I ordered both the chicken lettuce wrap(s) and the stir fry chicken with veggies. While I waited… I sat in the bar and ordered a glass of wine…. only $4.00 for a glass of chardonnay and it was very good for the price! (La Terre) ! I’ve had before…. most restaurants charge higher for the same. As for the food….. fabulous!!! I loved them both equally!!! The chicken stir fry with veggies that came with your choice of rice was only $11.00 and will serve 2 easily… with generous portions!!! I thought the prices were very good… not pricey at all! Can not wait to go back!!! Wonderful assortment of choices on the menu!!! I’ve already spread the word to friends and family and called back last night to tell them how wonderful the food was! Sooo glad I decide to stop by and try! This is the first time I’ve ever written a review for a restaurant…. … I was that impressed!!
