Disappointing, bland fried chicken cooked in oil that should have been changed a long time before. Cheesecake was obviously not prepared locally, it was still partially frozen. Won’t be going back.
They have very good home style food here and the prime rib was pretty good although not the best but not bad at all, the service though could use some work the employees were not very attentive.
Will not go back again. I have been here twice. Once with my wife and once with a friend. Had terrible experiences both times. Fist time with my wife we ordered off of the regular menu. Service was terrible and the food was just blah. Next time I went with a friend and had the lunch buffet. To say the least, the food on the buffet was inedible. When we asked what most of the unidentifiable items were, the waitress and the cook did not seam to have any idea. Have no idea why anyone would think this is a good place eat anything.
A Nightmare Experience on 12-20-2014. The coleslaw served to us was spoiled. We were given NEW coleslaw … and it was also spoiled! The kitchen insisted there was nothing wrong with the coleslaw. (I think the mayonnaise used was rancid). We were in a hurry to get to a concert, so I could not stay and discuss the meal charges of $67.22 for 5 people. I paid the bill and vowed never to return there again. I have never been treated this poorly at a restaurant in my 65 years on earth.Millard Roadhouse proved to be a total rip off.
Never Again!. Wife and I went on a Friday nite. Was told there was a 15 min. wait. We went into the bar and sat down. We were completely ignored by the waitstaff in the bar. Had to get up and order from the bar myself. Waitress walked by when we were halfway thru our beer, and asked if we needed anything. I laughed at her poor service and she became very rude. Told her and bar manager what I thought of them and will never, ever go back.
Rude Bartender. I’d give this place a good review if it wasn’t for the bartender. She was rude and made comments that no one in customer service should make while customers can hear them. Not only did she belittle the customers when they ordered, but we witnessed her degrading the wait staff too. I plan to continue to go there, but will simply ask for another server or sit someplace where she won’t be our server. Thank you.
The lunch buffet was some of the worst food we have eaten in Omaha.
