Last time..won’t go again. I’m tired of throwing money away on a bad experience. Been going here for about 7 years. Many things, with the new kitchen mgr in control, have been taken off the menu. Ok, I’m flexible. This past Saturday May 13th, went in for dinner, about 7:00 PM. There were eight of us. Taylor, the server was wonderful. But we waited and waited.. 2 plates came out first, mine and another. Six minutes later, another 4 dinners came out. Four minutes after that, the final 2 dinners. My choice was the chicken-friend-chicken, no gravy. Even being served first, it was cold. Seriously, cold! The batter was so over-cooked and dry, it was like pieces of cement. Flavor was good, for cold hard chicken, but still. Twice backed potatoes were always a huge favorite. This time, even colder than the chicken. Like it came from the fridge. They’ve raised every entre at least $1 and removed one of the 2 side dishes per entre. Ok, times, money, no big deal. But for more money, getting less, and getting it COLD? NEVER AGAIN. Hint to Roadhouse: .. there are a ton of places to eat a meal in Millard, let alone all over Omaha. Stay original or go modern, doesn’t matter. If you’re going to feed people cold, dried-out food, you won’t be in business long. This is the 3rd time in a row that I’ve stopped in and ordered some form of chicken meal. And every time, it’s been as bad as the one before. I won’t go back. As a PS: the photos must be after a remodel, not current. I’ve lived in Texas for 2 decades.. in person, this place is no more than a roadhouse.
