The Wisconsin Mac And Cheese is so delicious. Topped with the Meatballs pushes it over the top. I would stop every time I’m close, which unfortunately is hardly ever. Need a West Omaha location!

Sub par. Stopped by for lunch this week. Ordered the Mac and cheese. I figure a place called Noodles would turn out a decent version. They seriously fall short. A creamy but very bland sauce. Unmelted shredded cheddar jack topped the dish. It was lacking balance. Some bacon or an additional cheese?Pasta is a great profit maker for restaurants. There should be no reason to cut corners on ingredients when it’s your focus. They should rework the recipe. I wouldn’t be in a hurry to try any other entrees given the Mac and cheese.

Lost in translation. I like the concept. Fresh noodle dishes inspired by multiple cultures in a casual counter service environment. On my first visit, I tried the Japanese Pan Noodles. Decent, but not good enough to make me want to order them again or rush back for another visit. Tonight I thought a 2nd shot was in order. The Wisconsin Mac n Cheese with meatballs sounded wonderful. How could it not be—creamy cheesy sauce with tender juicy meatballs. What a great concept. Unfortunately, something was lost in translation to the table. The meatballs were overcooked and dry and the pasta was barely warm enough to melt the cheese sprinkled on top. The portions are generous but paying $10 for an uninspiring bowl of noodles and small drink doesn’t feel like a good value.

Unfriendly service and blah food. We were looking forward to Noodles & Co. for our weekly Saturday lunch. We’ve been to the one on Dodge many times and loved it. It’s not gourmet but they usually do a good job with what they have. Not here. Maybe they’ve changed their recipes overall because I’m sure they’re just serving up food prepared elsewhere at every one of these locations. But the blah food accompanied by the cashier who’s face will apparently break if she smiles at anyone made it an unpleasant experience. Note to the girl who was working as cashier on Saturday March 10 at 11:30am: when people talk to you if you can’t bear to muster even the slightest smile, try to at least look pleasant. If you hate your job that much that you have to snarl at customers – then quit. We won’t be back to this location.

Consistently Good. I love Noodles – always have, so I was super excited to find out west Omaha was getting one last summer. No, they aren’t the cheapest place to eat, but they are consistently fresh and good. I will gladly pay for the good quality I always receive. I highly recommend Penne Rose or the Japanese Pan Noodles, as well as the rice krispy treats! 🙂

Very slow service.. $21 for my 4 year old and I to have pasta and drinks. Quality was average at best. Don’t recommend at all!!!!!
