I came here for dinner 6/24/2017. It’s been over six months since we last came here.We walked in at 9 pm. We sat in the sushi dining room. I can’t pin point the smell of where it’s coming from , but I smell urine. As if someone had an accident on a chair or carpet. My spouse and I ordered like six sushi rolls. One order of the Gyoza( pork dumplings) for a appetizer. The dumplings were sadly filled and tasteless. Out came the firecracker, Santa Barbara , dynamite, border and philly thirty minutes later. One person rolling all the sushi explains the wait time. They were good but warm! The plate they put the sushi on was room temperature so it made our sushi not so cold. What sushi restaurant doesn’t use cold plates??The firecracker is my favorite. Our server sucked. She never checked on us. I dropped my napkin on the floor after she delivered the sushi rolls and waited for her to come around and she never came , but to bring the bill. She asked if we needed change. A twenty and two ones…. no way lady I am leaving 22 bucks for such crappy service. I don’t think we will be back for another six months or not at all. Frankly, this place has left me with a unforgettable memory of luke warm sushi and bad service .
The location is a bit hard to spot if you don’t know where you’re going. Excellent service and some of the best sushi we have had in Omaha but be prepared to pay for it. Dinner and two sodas for my 14 year-old daughter and I came to over $50.00 before the tip. Worth every penny.
