You want the best eggs benedict and best choices for eggs benedict in Omaha? The Egg AndI would be the best choice in my opinion. I was just there. I had the Parisian eggs benedict. It was a half layered buttery croissant with smoked ham, portabella mushrooms, swiss cheese, two perfect poached eggs, great hollandaise sauce and green onions. Whole wheat pancake great too. Fiancee had corn beef and hash. Not canned like most places. the best part, it was topped with that greathollandaise sauce.
