For those that have never been here it is very similar to Hooters. I think the food at Hooters is better, but the wait staff at Twin Peaks is more attractive. That’s all heavily subjective though. The food here is not good. I’ve tried several different items and they all rate from awful to below average. There’s not even a good selection. Their menu is designed in such a way to hide their pitiful selection, but if you exclude the appetizers, the selection of entres is a joke.Of course, most people really don’t come here for the food. They come here to stare at attractive young wait staff in skimpy outfits who flirt heavily for better tips. So, that said, come here for the ice cold beer and the permissible leering, but go somewhere else to eat. Some reviewers are offended at this concept of restaurant as a whole and consider it exploitative, objectifying and degrading to women, and so forth. I do not. They are very clear up front as to what this place is about, interviews are called auditions and not interviews, and all wait staff are made aware of the physical appearance requirements before accepting a position here. Don’t be judgmental. Just because you’d never consider working here (or wouldn’t qualify to work here) doesn’t mean the girls that do are somehow victims. Most restaurants on the Omaha area are begging for employees, so they easily have a choice of where they can work and they choose this place. While there is a lot of staring going on the overwhelming majority of the male customers dining and drinking here are very respectful to the ladies working here. If it bothers you that much, then exercise your power as a consumer and choose to not spend money here.
Food was good, waitresses did fine. If you dont like the atmosphere go somewhere else and quit your whining. If the girls didnt want to work there they wouldnt.
Disappointed. Only went to this restaurant because of one specific waitress. Now she was told she isn’t toned enough and has gained weight and will get the crappy shifts. For a slender young woman who is actually quick skinny to be told something of this nature makes me know this is not the type of restaurant I would go to and had I known they have to weigh in among other things I would never have gone there. I hope this establishment does not stay around long with the affect this has on young women.
Ice cold beer, good food, scenic views!!!
This restaurant has world’s worst service. It appears of you are dressed simply and are a woman, you won’t even get an eye contact in that place. After 20 minutes of sitting at the table we were shown to, no one even offered us water. We ended up leaving without placing an order. Their servers practice clear favoritism of male customers. If one works in food and beverage industry, that is unacceptable because my money is as good as everybody else’s.
Twin Peaks. Once you go there, you will keep going back. great food and great servers!
Just Awesome !!. Wazzup with the haters? I’ve been there four times with my friends and the food is well priced, very delicious and the women are world class beautiful and friendly. I love the lodge decor.
