Good breakfast. Stopped here for the first time for breakfast with a friend who recommended it. I had a large delicious western omelet. It was fluffy, loaded with ham, onions, green peppers, tomatoes and covered in cheddar cheese. It came with a large order of perfectly cooked hash browns and what were suppose to be 2 silver dollar pancakes. These were very oversized for what they were advertised to be, but who complains about getting to much food anyway. It was just $7.99 for all this. The service was great. I happily waddled out and will be coming back again to try more of their menu.

Breakfast time. Thursday mornings at about 6 AM and this is the place to eat. The staff is fun and attentive even that early. Your coffee cup, or wallet for that matter, will never be empty. The food tastes like it came off your Grandmother’s griddle and they treat you like family.

Delicious classic breakfast with fantastic prices! This was my first time going here and I will come back soon. The staff was also very fast and EXTREMELY friendly!

If you like blueberry pancakes look no further. Vidlacks Brookside Cafe, in Omaha Nebraska has the best pancakes in town. Fresh, plump blueberries fill this light fluffy pancake. When you you add a side of bacon and a steaming cup of coffee you just can’t go wrong.

Classic American diner food done well. Chicken fried steak was perfectly breaded and fried crispy but not greasy with a light gravy. High marks on the tuna melt the club and the French toast. The liver and onions were satisfactory.

Above Average From All Perspectives. Simple diner food with impeccably fast and friendly service.
