Waited 10 min before waitress came over to introduce herself and was very distracted by what was going on at the next table , Owner was sitting at the table next to us and was being treated like a king while the rest of us had to beg for service , no water on table , food was great . but services was horrible. Confronted owner as we were leaving he apologized and offered us a gift certificate . We declined . wont be going back there

September 19th we had our 50th wedding anniversary at Vincenzo’s in Omaha.Everything was wonderful; appetizers, dinners, drinks, and the service was superb.We would absolutely suggest that you contact Vincenzo’s for a special occasion party, everything was great and they were easy to deal with and helped plan everything perfectly. Thank You All!
Vincenzo’s worst Italian restaurant, my seafood was chewy and smelly,my wife’s chicken parm was watery with a pool of tomato water, guest across from me got the penne it was flavorless and she found bow tie and angel hair pasta mixed in with it like a hidden surprise. Ladies ordered a craft of wine came in a chipped arts and crafts jug. Icing on the cake was paying the bill they gave us an Olive Garden pen to sign the tab funny thing Olive Garden is cheaper and better and That’s sad! I know Italian Vincenzo’s was a disgrace not to mention we were the only people under 60 eating there def an early bird special don’t go
Service. The food was so so, and I was overcharged on my cash card by $3.00 exactly. Not enough to make a stink about, but it left a sour taste in my mouth. Waiter too chatty. We felt like we should pull a chair up to our table for him. linda
I love this restaurant for dinner and recently had a brunch in Sunday. I had the frittata and it was the best! The eggs were super fluffy and the potatoes were awesome. My friend had the grand marnier French toast which was amaze balls!!
