We wanted to dine at a local establishment but what a POOR choice this was! Not only was one of the steaks served raw when ordered medium BUT I personally ordered a ribeye and was served a strip steak and upon sending back to kitchen the waitress came back and tried to convince me it was a ribeye can u imagine!! STAY AWAY TRUST ME. The steak is frozen before cooked and no better quality than Outback!
Classic steak house with all things good. Amazing and exceptional steak. New York, Ribeye and Prime Rib all exceptional. Large servings. Classic fresh salad bar. Very unique cool atmosphere. Lots of private seating areas or big spaces for groups. Lunch they have delicious French dips. Go for the thin sliced. Melts in your mouth!

PUT ON YOUR MONK CLOTHES, BECAUSE YOU’LL BE SORELY OUT OF PLACE WITHOUT THEM. FROM THE MOMENT YOU STEP INSIDE, A REVERENT HUSH CREEPS INTO YOUR SOUL AS THE AUTHENTICALLY SHALLOW TRIBUTE TO THE MONASTERIES OF OLDE IMPRESSES DEEPLY INTO YOUR PSYCHE. FROM THE MAROON-ROBED SERVERS TO THE OAK BARRELS TO THE AWKWARDLY INTERJECTED WOOD LOGS IN THE WALLS, THIS PLACE WILL GET YOU IN THE MOOD TO BOW, PRAY, AND STUDY MEDIEVAL CLASSICS. WHO WOULDN’T WANT TO DINE WITH AQUINAS WHILE PARTAKING IN GOOD MEAT AND STRONG DRINK?LISTEN, THIS PLACE IS DIMLY LIT. I MEAN, IT’S JUST PLAIN DARK. BRING YOUR PREFERRED METHOD OF ILLUMINATION, BE IT TORCH, LANTERN, OR GLOW STICKS. DON’T BE DECEIVED BY THESE OTHER PHOTOS, THEY’VE BEEN PHOTOSHOPPED INTO OBLIVION TO MAXIMIZE BRIGHTNESS. YOU WILL NEED ASSISTANCE FINDING YOUR CHAIR, YOUR PLATE OF FOOD, AND BY ALL MEANS THE BATHROOM, WHICH I HAD TO GROPE AND SIDLE ALONG THE WALL TILL I FELL INTO BY HAPPENSTANCE.FRENCH ONION SOUP WAS DOPE, AND THE FRIED MUSHROOMS WERE SOME OF THE BEST I’VE HAD, LIKE FRIED LITTLE EYEBALLS IN TEXTURE. YOU GET SALAD WITH YOUR MEAL, BUT YOU HAVE TO GET UP AND MAKE IT YOURSELF. MINUS A STAR. MAKE THE SALAD FOR ME, I DIDN’T COME HERE TO MAKE MY OWN FOOD. NOW, I SNAGGED THAT FILET SEBASTIAN, MEDIUM RARE, FOR MY ENTREE. IT WAS GOOD, YOU SEE, BUT FOR $40 I EXPECTED BETTER. I’VE HAD BETTER STEAKS FOR LESS.THE BATHROOM – AH, FORGIVE ME, FRIENDS. I DON’T REMEMBER. I DID NOT TAKE PICTURES. YOU WILL HAVE TO CALL THE RESTAURANT TO ASK ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THEIR RESTROOMS. BUT IF REASON MAY CARRY US, WE CAN SURMISE BY MY POOR MEMORY OF THE FACT THAT THIS BATHROOM, WITH GREAT CONFIDENCE, CAN BE SAID TO BE EXCEEDINGLY NORMAL AND UNIMPRESSIVE, THOUGH NOT SO UNDERPERFORMING AS TO LEAVE A POOR IMPRESSION. YOU MIGHT GO ELSEWHERE FOR AN EXCELLENT BATHROOM EXPERIENCE – PERHAPS CONSIDER AMC OAKVIEW THEATER, THOSE BATHROOMS WILL GET YOU THERE, FRIEND.IN SUMMARY, BRO SEBAST’S IS A VISUAL, ATMOSPHERIC, THEMATIC, AND CULINARY TREAT FOR THE SENSES. COME ENJOY THIS UNIQUE RESTAURANT, THOUGH DON’T EXPECT THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD TO QUITE MATCH THE PRICE TAG. AND DON’T EXPECT THEM TO HAVE PIBB, CAUSE THEY DON’T. THE FOOLS. MINUS HALF A STAR.3.5/5
The food was very good and the salad bar, even though it did not have other items that most salad bars have it was built for you to make your own salad. All ingredients were fresh and very good. The main course was a filet mignon and that did not disappoint. My only hesitation of giving the restaurant a 5, is the lighting. I thought it was hard to read the menu. But overall a very good experience and would recommend this restaurant to my friends.
Loved the romantic atmosphere and the service was wonderful. Had the prime rib which was AMAZING and melt in your mouth. Will be back for sure!
Disappointed. I was in town on business and I ate there twice during the week of 7 Sept 14. The first time I had a ribeye. It didn’t have much flavor and was overcooked. I ordered it rare – medium rare and it came out slightly more than medium. I should have sent it back but I didn’t. The next time I ordered a porterhouse, rare. Once again, it came out slightly more done than medium. The salad bar was terrible. On the positive side, our server was prompt, friendly and very attentive on both occasions. I don’t plan on going back.
