They suck at carry out…. I just went in on Valentine’s Day (no excuse for this) (No one was answering the phone, so I was being proactive.).. I made an order for Red Curry and Spicy Eggplant. They took 40 minutes! to fill this order, meanwhile people came, sat, ordered, ate, and left. I love their food, but not enough to encourage abhorrent service like this. The owner was there and unsympathetic. He wouldn’t even talk to me directly. I’d go again if he grew a pair and would have just talked to me.

A Treasure Is Found!. We have been looking for a really good Thai restaurant in the area and have been really happy with Archi’s, but we wanted something new. We were so happy to discover Basil n’ Lime. The service is friendly, prompt and attentive. We were a little late for the lunch specials, but our server directed us to the lunch portion of the menu anyway, in order to help us save a little money and to have more variety. We had an appetizer of delicious Fried Calamari with a sweet chili dipping sauce. We followed that with Pad Thai and Sliced Chicken Basil. Both were fantastic and huge portions! The lunch special came with a choice of soup or salad and spring roll, rice and fried wonton. The salad dressing was a sweet and savory peanut ginger dressing and the wonton soup had fresh vegetables in a light miso broth. Excellent! All of this, with soft drinks came to a total of 21.00, tax included. We would heartily recommend Basil and Lime.

A little yummy gem of a restaurant. My husband and I received a postcard advert in the mail for this place. It is now made our #1 rank for Thai food (outranking Archies). Clean, decorated place with friendly attentive service. Everything we’ve tried has been excellent. Very reasonable prices; lunch specials too! Bonus for me … Thai Tea!
