Smoked but not in a good way. Had the veggie soba noodle bowl and it smelled scorched before I took my first bite. The taste was not any better. Overall facility seemed clean. Maybe I ordered the wrong item, but I won’t go back to find out.
Good food, careless and rude employees.. The food here is definitely fresh a nd delicious but it is very unfortunate that the service SUCKS!!! there have been multiple occasions when we go there 30-40 minutes prior to closing and we always leave super dissapointed. We get it, its cutting it close to their closing hours, but 40 minutes is still reasonable time to get good service. We have tried calling ahead of time to place orders, but these lazy individuals make their phone lines busy.to prove it, we’ve called from the car looking from the outside and seeing not one customer or the cashier on the phone, the phones are always busy. We have had one too many bad experiences here. Last night being the last time we will ever give them our business, it was 8:20 pm and my husband got out of the car to ask if they were still open. They very rudely said YEA, WERE OPEN.So he just walked out and said, lets not come back here again. Iam curious if its a franchise? If not, they need to hire other than HS students who don’t care about profitability for the restaurant. They are not very nice. I will definitely miss the food, but good service is what keeps customers coming back. Lazy workers.

Grilled Chicken Breast and steaks are marinated and grilled to perfection.This Location has the best staff and crew. I wonder why the Charleston, Lake Mead and St. Rose location closed?All LVAC members get 10% discount with valid ID.Great Food, Ambiance and decore at this one. I will highly recommend this place
This location sucks, food doesn’t taste good and employees are rude. If I want Samurai Sam’s I’ll go to the one on Charleston. Their food is much better and their employees are nice.
