Get the OJ!. We ate here on a Monday morning around 8am no wait. I ordered Canadian Bacon and eggs with 3 pancakes. Jason ordered bacon and eggs with English muffin. The food and coffee was great. The OJ was phenomenal. Fresh squeezed, we were told. I believed it you could definitely taste and see it. Oranges out West taste better than the ones in FL. But again, the OJ was $4! What is it with NV having expensive drinks and no refills?
Don’t waste your time or money!!!!!. I have always loved the original pancake house but this location is terrible, the food was below average and not to mention the service was poor. I wouldn’t recommend this over some of the other really great breakfast places in town like Babycakes or Jamms. They used to be good, maybe now they have a new owner?

Dutch Baby & Crepes save this restaurant. In my opinion, the Dutch Baby and crepes are what saves this restaurant from going out of business. The coffee is either chickory based, burnt, or brewed through dirty socks. Coffee just isn’t good. Each time we have gone it has taken a minimum of 40 minutes from the time ordered to the time we received our food (and yes I understand the Dutch Baby takes 20 min.). The waiters/waitresses are friendly, courteous and work their buttes off! Maybe it takes so long because they are understaffed? I rarely go and only when I’m in the mood for the Dutch Baby. I would frequent them more often if they would change to a better tasting coffee and have a larger staff during peak business hours so food would get served quicker.
Bacon pancakes, Yum.. Drive right by Eggs Works and head here on Ft Apache near 215. Be prepared to wait though, this place is always packed.
Best Breakfast. Worth the wait! By far the best omlettes and pancakes around. And wait till you try the bacon! Wow. We were impressed.
Great breakfast. Be prepared to be patient and they’ve been packed every time I’ve been there. It’s affordable, fast and very good. If you’re on a diet I recommend the oatmeal with strawberries. They include raisins, half & half and brown sugar with the oatmeal and the strawberries on the side. Put a little of the evil stuff in the oatmeal, all the strawberries and enjoy! If you’re not dieting I recommend the bacon pancakes.
