Came to bleu caf and WOW!! it’s been a while since Carson has had a real down home place to eat, came to the Caf and after dining learned all of there food is ALL HOMEMADE!! had the apple,brie, and arugula sandwhich with there AMAZING French Onion soup and it was to die for!! So if your looking to have some REAL GOOD FOOD in carson this place is where to go! ! Breakfast is to die for as well!!
Went to the Bleu Cafe for breakfast on a recommendation of a friend, and. …OMG….was it ever good. Had the western eggs Benedict, with bacon, tomato, spinach, and HOMEMADE hollandaise sauce. It was bomb diggity fabulous…..the best I’ve had in a long time. The waitress was exceptionally friendly, and helpful with her suggestions. They are only three weeks open, but with the quality of food, and welcoming staff, I expect them to be around for a long time. Highly reccomend !!!
