Carson City’s Secret Hideaway. Today we found one of Carson City’s Hidden Little Secrets – Foodies Bystro. We came because it was rated as a vegetarian / vegan restaurant (which there ARE Very FEW of). It was surprising not only to find this little jewel BUT to also have the choice of Indian food – GOOD EUROPEAN TYPE INDIAN FOOD. What a Delight and pleasure to Find. We No longer have to drive to Reno for mediocre Indian food. However this little Cafe’ serves american fare as well as the vegetarian / vegan and Indian food. buon appetito
