I’ve eaten at this restaurant off & on for almost 20 years. It’s just gone so downhill. The last time there, I ordered take-out. I was told it would be 30 min. After an HOUR AND A HALF! I still didn’t have my order (it was THREE items). NO ONE came over & offered to give me a drink, or explain what was taking so long. I saw numerous patrons come & go. Most of the time, a lady with a 2yr old was SCREAMING his loudest in a booth. Mgmt never asked her if they could just box up her food so she could get out of there. It was the most RUDE & unpleasant restaurant experience I’ve had in AGES. I’ll NEVER return. As I sat at the bar waiting, I could see into a VERY messy storage room filled with clutter. I can only imagine the kitchen’s state. After the hour & a half wait, I got up & told the woman who took my order I could wait NO LONGER! I was leaving & canceling my credit card charge. All she could do was stand there with her mouth open.
Best. This is the best Chinese food in Carson City. Everything tastes fresh and the restraunt is spotless.
