Fair food, horrible service. Buzios was always a regular place to eat while in Vegas until now!I visited Buzios on 02/22/2014. I had oysters for an appetizer and halibut as my entree. My date had red snapper. He said the snapper was mediocre at best, I had a bite and it was very fishy. The oysters were good but my halibut was a little dry. When I asked for clarified butter or a sauce, the server said he would check but never returned until my dates wine glass was empty. He offered him a refill but would not look at me or my empty glass. It was quite uncomfortable and was glad when we were done. I was surprised since I always get such great service in Vegas.

I should add that the bad experience was on 1/24/14 when the restaurant closed early25 Jan, 2014When we rush to get there and arrive 10 minutes before closing, the gate is half closed and the hostess tells us they are closed! If this were my business, that crew would be applying for unemployment today!

Not much change. Neither the dcor nor the menu has undergone much change in the seven years since our last visit. My wife ordered the pecan crusted halibut which came with green beans and Yukon gold mashed potatoes. My nourishment came in the form of miso glazed Chilean sea bass, sweet potato fries and green beans. Both pieces of fish were desirably moist and delicious.20 Apr, 2011Terrible pan roast. Our lump crab cakes (2) appetizer was just fair. We each chose the combination pan roast entree listed as a Buzios’ Signature Dish – shrimp, king crab and oysters in a cream style stew. I have had this same dish countless times at more than a half-dozen Las Vegas restaurants and hands down this was the worst. An odd flavor and a real shortage of seafood characterized this entree

We just had drinks and dessert before heading down to Penn & Teller and the peach cobbler was very good.

Very bad! Ate dinner 7/28/1…. Very bad!Ate dinner 7/28/12; Very over priced, rice pilaf tasted like bleach, noticed everyone else in the rest also didn’t touch their rice. Wife’s potato was burned to a crisp, and was brought a second blackened-overlooked potato. Guest ordered an iced tea which was never brought and charged for. Waiter complained about splitting the ticket.

Good Food High Price. I visited the buffet and although the food was good and lots of it the price was too high for what you could possibly consume.

One of the great casino restaurants. Buzios has the best selection of seafood in a fine dining atmosphere in the Rio. I usually have the sea bass or one of the salmon meals, and it’s always delicious. The steaks are really great here as well. Wonderful service.
