Pretentious and inattentive with nasty food. The twenty minute wait after we showed up on time for our reservations was the first sign that Harvest is poorly managed. The ridiculous ingredient-combinations seem like the chef is intent on making dishes nobody wanted. The menu looked like the chef was challenging his customers to order his food. Service was awful; we asked for bread when we found a server, and got only a few pieces for a full table, so we asked for more, but they didn’t bring us any. 90 minutes passed between the salad and the main course without a moment of service. As a vegetarian, I would prefer to eat a Big Mac than to give Roy Ellamar’s team at the Bellagio another chance. The service was entirely lacking. The saving grace seemed to be the miniscule servings. I hope to forget the flavor of the mashed potatoes. In the end, I was impressed at how vigorously our entire group agreed that the whole experience at this restaurant was awful. For restaurants like this, this website should have a zero rating available. I guess, their green salad was fine, so they can have one point for the rating.

Stunning restaurant, delicious food. My only complaint is our waitress made a point to define sustainable fish as wild caught, which couldn’t be further from the truth. All the other food on their menu is farm grown, and they even pride themselves by showing the farm it comes from. Why would this be different for farmed fish. The ignorance is so frustrating, especially for a restaurant that prides itself in the food to table movement. A letter was written to their owners to hopefully correct this mistake.
