Wasn’t too impressed with this place. They’re known for their wide, hand-pulled noodles, which were really good. The noodles had a nice chew. But the beef soup tasted like dishwater. Blah. Very bland. And they put lettuce (?) inside the soup, not pickled cabbage but there was an option on the menu to get pickled cabbage for 50 cents more. Wasn’t impressed with the dish at all.Their green onion pancake was awesome. The perfect amount of crispness and chew but not too much green onion flavor. I highly recommend these. The servers did not speak much English. The service left much to be desired but I don’t go to Chinese places for good service. Its clientele was almost 100% Asian. It’s not a bad place but I already have my favorite noodle place in town so I doubt I’ll come back. It’s ok for a quick, cheap bite.
