A little slice of heaven in the city of sin. Of course theres an all-you-can-eat option should you want to test your limits of gluttony. Whatever you do, pay the extra $3 and get the burnt ends, those fatty little smoky sweet burnt bits that will require an additional 40 minutes on the treadmill – they are so worth it!!

Went here for dinner tonight, off the stripSo full of local people and very simple. All about the food. We got the rib mix platter, BBQ meat salad and a wrap….the ribs were to die for & the mac and cheese delish. My daughters enjoyed their food (salad and wrap huge!!) they have takeaway containers available to help yourself and customer service was excellent. Super laid back dinner all about good soul food. Thankyou

Awesome BBQ. Awesome people serving you. We saw the reviews and decided to try it out ourselves and was not disappointed. The meat fell off the bones on the ribs. The brisket fell apart when my fork made contact with it. The chicken was smokey and tender. The coleslaw and other sides mated with the meal perfectly. Sorry for the poor writing I’m currently in a food coma

Any time we’ve been to Vegas we include Rollin Smoke barbecue as a stop. The spudtastic is my favorite. Get the brisket as the topping. It is not easy to drive here but the trip is well worth it. Ask Dustin how the family got started in the restaurant business . He never seems to tire of telling it.

On the App the address is different and I’m thinking Rick has another location. Went to the Las Vegas Blvd location next to his famous pawn shop. The Ribs where very good. However, I was not impressed with any of the BBQ sauces. Had the half rack. Great portions meat was tender and full of flavor. Also had the Greens. I was impressed. My beautiful one thought they were a little too spicy. Ate at the bar the bartender was very nice and inviting. Definitely have to visit once again

Service was friendly and fast but the bbq was average at best. I had the three meat plate, ribs, brisket, sausage. Of the three the ribs were the best as the brisket was all scraps chopped up into fine pieces to hide the fat. Sausage was mass- produced or something, I can’t put my finger on it. I did like the sauces. Like a review of Vegas bbq I read today said, if you like Austin, TX and Memphis Q you will be disappointed. Sorry, I wanted to love it as I walked 5 miles round trip to get there.

I wish I could rate it higher than a 5! Great BBQ in the heart of Vegas. The burnt ends melted in my mouth! The chopped brisket was awesome! Definitely a return trip is warranted!
