Poor customer service. We had reservations for 7:30 and were seated within 5 minuets. We ordered within 15 minuets of being seated. At 9:00 we started asking where our food was. We could see our waiter busy waiting on several other tables. We were discussing walking out when we finaly received our food at 9:25pm. There were 13 people in our party and the mandatory tip added to our bill was easly over $200. That’s $200 for the service we received from the one waiter who had several other tables.
For the price point, the steak should be WAY better than it was. Really nothing remarkable about the meal.
It was not bad. The menue listed here online isn’t accurate as they have removed several items.
Limited menu. Reminds me of Fix, would rather go plan a nice dinner and take my time then go to pub style dinning. Need something quick before show or club its fine go.
My Last Meal. My wife and I started with the Japanese spicy crab (ah, yummy!) Then we both had the petite filets and added lobster tails (Oh my god! Melt in your mouth filets), we then split twice baked potatoes and baked macaroni and cheese (loved’em both!)! All I can say is, if I were on death row and had to pick my last meal, this would be it! It was absolutely wonderful!
The 2 Step Shuffle. We looked forward to enjoying this heavily recommended restaurant. We arrived on a Friday evening at 6:30 in time to attend the 9:30 show. To be fair the restaurant was very packed, and loud…so obviously it is a hip happening place. The team of waiters was professional and started off well. The Caesar Salad was hardly dressed and was served warm…So it was like like a plate of lettuce leaves at the Boston Market (NOT exactly fine dining)We ordered a glass of wine and enjoyed that …and then we waited and waited and waited. There was NO staff stopping by to humor us or provide anything other than ignoring us. So finally I flagged down the team captain, and wanted to know when we should expect service…He told me they were busy but would check with the chef. He did and pretty much delivered as promised. So, the food arrived and it was VERY good. I had the Kobe Burger and my wife had the filet. So, overall if I were using the Zagat’s rating type system…I’d have to say the FOOD = 26; the Service = 10-15; The Ambiance = 20 but be aware that I would prefer to be able to talk with my guest NOT to have to shout…but this critique of that item is personal…others enjoy loud. The PRICE was = 30-33….Overall value = RIPPED OFF…
A very overpriced restaurant where the food is just okay. The atmosphere would be much nicer if the music was not so loud.
